Registrations are available by mail, fax or by using our convenient online form. If you have a particular requirement for your organization or want to register a large group or have other needs, please contact us and we will find a solution

Pre-Registrations for groups and returning delegates now avaiable.
Preregistrations are subject to conditions and price changes. Course selections will NOT be available for pre-registration until all presenters are confirmed. Addiction Studies Forum Inc. reserves the right to cancel, refund or otherwise decline any preregistration(s).

Registration Policies: A $100.00 deposit is required upon registration with the balance payable by the dute date that will be announced here for the 53rd Institutue in 2012. There will be a $50.00 nonrefundable cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the due date. The Institute (Addiction Studies Forum Inc) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all sessions and courses.
